Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lead From Here, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the FairwayNation platform (“FairwayNation,” the “Service”), collects, uses, and shares information. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you register.
  • Organization and event information — your organization name, tournament details, course information, pricing, sponsorship tiers, logos, images, and documents you upload.
  • Participant information — information that registrants, sponsors, and donors submit through your event pages, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, team details, and any custom fields an organizer chooses to collect.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — basic log information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) and analytics about how the Service is used.
  • Cookies — we use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, and we may use analytics cookies to understand usage.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and financial details are collected and stored by Stripe under its own security and privacy practices—we do not store full card numbers. We receive limited information from Stripe such as transaction amounts, status, and identifiers needed to reconcile payments.

2. How we use information

  • to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
  • to process payments, subscriptions, and platform fees through Stripe;
  • to send transactional messages—registration confirmations, receipts, event reminders, payment links, and account and billing notices;
  • to respond to support requests and communicate with you; and
  • to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers who help us run the Service, including Stripe (payment processing), Mailgun (email delivery), cloud object storage providers such as Amazon Web Services (S3) and Cloudflare R2 (file and image storage), and our analytics provider Google Analytics (Google LLC). These providers may process information only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments.
  • Event organizers. If you register for, sponsor, or donate to an event, the information you submit is shared with the organizer of that event, who is responsible for how they use it.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FairwayNation, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Event participant data and roles

When an organizer collects registration, sponsorship, or donation information through the Service, the organizer determines what is collected and how it is used; we process that information on the organizer’s behalf to provide the Service. If you participated in an event and want your information accessed, corrected, or deleted, you should also contact the organizer of that event.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in) and analytics cookies to understand and improve usage. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, but the Service may not function properly without the necessary ones.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We retain payment and transaction records as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and reliance on PCI-compliant payment infrastructure (Stripe). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can review and update your account information from your dashboard, and you can request that we delete your account by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email or a notice in the Service. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
